The weekend saw the start of Ramadan. This is a holy month observed by British Muslims and Muslims worldwide, consisting of fasting (sawm), prayer (salah), reflection, and community.

If you want help with managing your diabetes safely during Ramadan month (10 March to 9 April) then MyWay Digital Health has partnered with Diabetes and Ramadan International Alliance (DaR) to bring you two courses for managing your diabetes safely during this fasting month. Both courses are available in English, Arabic and Malay and diabetes experts will be on hand at regular intervals to answer your queries via Q&A sessions. The courses will remain open throughout Ramadan, so that you can come back to revisit the content across the month and you may also want to signpost other people living with diabetes to them.
