Grenfell Insight Bulletin – February 2026
The February 2026 Insight Bulletin shares the latest updates on health, care and recovery for the Grenfell‑affected community in North Kensington. It reflects on the continued work around Grenfell Tower and the deep, long‑lasting impact on survivors, bereaved families and the wider community. It also highlights the strength and resilience shown locally, and the NHS commitment to listening, learning and working alongside residents as the site changes.
This edition includes key reflections from the recent Grenfell Health Information Updates meeting, where residents, clinicians and partners discussed children and young people’s health, asthma support in schools and findings from the Population Health Monitoring Programme.
It also covers the start of engagement on future non‑clinical support services, updates on Enhanced Health Checks, reassurance around air, dust and noise monitoring, and guidance on talking to your GP about any Grenfell‑related concerns. In addition, it outlines NHS North West London’s work to plan the future design of Grenfell‑specific health services and shares the latest Government consultation on the Higher Risk Buildings Regime.
These updates reflect a continued commitment to transparency, community‑led recovery and accessible health and wellbeing support for everyone affected by Grenfell. They also include reassurance that NHS support will remain steady throughout the ongoing work around the Tower, along with news of local service developments and leadership changes as Katie Fisher begins her role as Interim Chief Executive Officer for North Central and North West London.
